- Senior Compensation Analyst
Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst leads market studies and advanced analytics to keep TidalHealth’s pay structures competitive and equitable. The Senior Analyst builds Tableau dashboards and Excel models, and partners with leadership on pricing and pay decisions. The Senior Compensation Analyst analyzes, evaluates, and classifies positions within the compensation structure. Research compensation trends, participates in and reviews salary survey data, tracks market conditions to ensures compensation structure is externally competitive and internal pay equity is maintained. Recommends structure adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Education or related area required.
- CCP certification is required.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred
- At least five (5) years of experience in Compensation is required.
- Advanced in Excel is required.
- Experience using Workday, JDXpert or Payfactors is preferred.
- Three (3) year of experience utilizing HRIS systems and working with data input is required.
